Okay, I don't think enough people seen this in the support section so.

We have released a new live support program, which will help you get your problems sorted faster, as I and other staff will be on as much as we possibly can (If not come back a bit later)

Here is an example of a good and bad way to request help (bad way will lead to a temp ban)

Good:
Customer: Hello, My Cod4 keeps crashing what can I do?
Mod: Please follow these steps...
Customer: That didn't help :(
Mod: Okay can you please re-install codehook with your Antivirus off
Customer: Thank you! That worked perfectly! Bye

Bad:
Customer: OMFG MY HAX DONT WORK.

That is NOT acceptable, if this happens whilst I or another member is online, It'll be a kick once and if you join again and do it it'll be a ban from Codehook for 2 Days or longer.

Also please be patient when waiting for support, we do have other people that we're helping.
