Hey,

From now the refund rule has been changed, as you may know we had a rule that within 24 hours of your purchase you can ask for a refund for any reason. This is now changed and once you have used the product you've purchased you are no longer eligible for a refund.

If your purchased software does not work, please ask for help in our TeamViewer Help Forum. (http://www.codehook.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?38-Get-Help-via-Teamviewer)

You will still be fully eligible for a refund if our official TeamViewer staff can confirm the software does not work on your computer. (But we have over 15,500 Customer and none had issue with the software itself!)
