New updates and owner (CoD4x cheat updated)

Hi there everybody,

I'm glad to announce that www.amibot.io is taking over codehook.

I am taking over for Warlord, in order to maintain and expand codehook.

All the cheats that need updates will be updated in due time. CoD4 Aimbot was already updated for the latest CoD4x version.

We will probably add new cheats for CoD games and others. Do not expect cheats for custom community game mods like plutonium iw4x etc... Those cheats will most likely be sold only on www.amibot.io.

I am still debating on whether to change subs retroactively or if only new customers have timed subs going forward vs the old lifetime subs. I'll announce those changes once buying the cheats is fixed and working again.
